Winning Cultures Celebrate Progress

So, Renee and I have noticed a theme in a lot of our coaching sessions and group meetings lately, and that is that people are celebrating, I hate to say it, but kind of the wrong things. >> People are focused on the outcomes, which are not in their control. We're hearing this over and over again, and what's really cool, this is something we're all dealing with and we can all adjust and fix for it. >> And what we're seeing is it's not just with the leaders themselves are missing celebrating all the actions and progress that they're taking in between. Because they do that themselves, they're forgetting to do it with their team members. And so, what I want you to really think about this week is what is something one of your team members has done, an action they've taken that you should be stopping and celebrating. >> If you focus on the controllables, you're going to create the best outcomes and also impact your culture. >> So, celebrate something you're doing this week that's an action, and celebrate some of your team members' actions this week.
