Built For More

Normal thinking produces normal results. Which is why normal and greatness cannot coexist.

By Aviva Leebow

So why would you settle for "normal" when something more compelling is pulling you forward?

Built for More isn't a slogan. It's something you recognize within yourself.

What if the reason you can't quite settle into your current level of success isn't because something is wrong, but because something in you knows there is more for you to build?

Most leaders are taught to treat success like a finish line. You hit the number, build the team, reach the milestone, and you're supposed to feel like you've made it.

But you're a different kind of leader.

When you reach one level, you immediately see the next. Not because you're ungrateful. Not because what you've built isn't strong, but because you're wired for expansion.

I know this wiring because it has driven me my entire life.

At 19, I was told I would never graduate college, never amount to anything. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, something that was supposed to define the limits of my life.

It didn't.

With the right mentors around me, people who pushed me to see beyond those limits, I rebuilt. I graduated. I earned my law degree with honors. I became a CEO. And I found myself in rooms full of leaders who felt the same thing:

What exists today… isn't the full version of what's possible.

Once you see it, you can't unknow it.

And what "more" looks like will be different for you.

But it's not about more for the sake of more. It's about the impact you're here to make.

For some, it's the product or service you believe in, and the more you build, the more people you can help.

For others, it's your team, creating something that gives them opportunity, growth, and more in their own lives.

And for many, it's freedom, building something that doesn't own you and allows you to give back in a bigger way.

Still, you might question yourself, "Am I the right person to do this?" even while knowing that staying where you are isn't an option.

But being built for more doesn't mean you have to sacrifice yourself, your family, your relationships, or the things that matter most. In fact, those things are part of your vision.

This is your choice: Protect what you have, or go after what's calling you.

The Built for More leader knows success is a moving target.

If you're wired this way, you will rarely feel finished.

This is where you're challenged to think bigger. And pushed to build what you already know is possible.

No matter what someone once told you, or what you once believed success was, you know what's possible.

If you feel that, you already know.

You're

BUILT FOR MORE.
