Background
My perspective comes from experience. Before Built for More, I served as CEO of Pacesetter in the steel industry, building a company around technology, talent development, and a culture that challenged traditional assumptions.
I believed in investing in people: developing leaders who could think strategically, generate ideas, and execute with confidence. Like many CEOs, I also discovered how isolating leadership can be. Joining a peer group early in my tenure changed how I led, and ultimately shaped the work I do today.
The Work
Today, I work with CEOs who are building, scaling, and transforming their companies. As a Vistage Chair, I challenge CEOs to examine their blind spots, pressure-test their decisions, and think at the level their company needs, not just the level they're comfortable at.
As an Outgrow Advisor, I work with organizations to accelerate revenue growth through a proven framework that changes how leaders and teams approach selling, and how they think about growth itself.
Philosophy
My role is to push leaders to see more clearly, think bigger, and follow through, even when it's uncomfortable. The CEOs I work with are often building something meaningful. That's exactly when the right challenge matters most.

About
As the founder of Renee Klein Expansion Consulting and an Expansion Consultant and Facilitator with Built for More, I work with entrepreneurs, CEOs, and leadership teams to help them expand their thinking, strengthen their leadership, and get clearer about what they want and what might be getting in the way.
Background
I have been an entrepreneur for more than 23 years, and I know how exciting, lonely, messy, and rewarding it can be to build and lead a business.
Because of my background in health and wellness, I care deeply about the whole person, not just the leader in the room or the business on paper. I pay attention to the stress, energy, values, relationships, and personal goals that shape how someone leads.
The Work
A lot of my work lives in the space between strategy and people. I love helping leaders think through people dynamics, team challenges, communication patterns, and the conversations they may be avoiding. I ask questions, challenge assumptions, and often hear the things people are not saying out loud.
As a Vistage Chair, I facilitate peer advisory groups for business owners and CEOs from non-competing industries. Our groups give leaders a place to bring real challenges, hear different perspectives, learn from expert speakers, and get support from people who truly understand what it is like to lead.

I believe businesses need healthy habits, too, rhythms, structure, accountability, and the right conversations happening consistently.
My work helps entrepreneurs expand their businesses, their thinking, and their confidence, with accountability built into the process rather than treated as an afterthought.
