So, we did a really cool exercise at our meetings this month and Renee let it so I'd love her to talk to you guys a little bit about it cuz I think it's so meaningful. Yes. It came from having this own issue myself, achievement addiction. As leaders, we all want to achieve things. That's super important, but I learned something interesting. The dopamine is released, the endorphins are felt in the process of achievement, not in the outcome. Working with leaders, one of the things I often see is that they're so focused on the outcome and then of course it's the next outcome once they reach that. They don't even stop and celebrate that. That they forget to stop and celebrate things with their teams and all the plays {quote} along the way. And so it's really important to make sure you're stopping and celebrating all the actions and the activity in the process. So, in the bottom below write something you're doing that you're going to celebrate this week based upon the process, not the outcome. Fall in love with your activities, not the outcome. It's going to be a game changer for how you experience what you do and who you are. >> [music]
