Good morning everyone. The sun is rising and we're just about to finish our conference up at Chair World 2026. And I and Eva and I were talking and we know exactly how you feel when you leave a Vistage meeting or a trade show. You're overwhelmed and you have so many ideas and you don't know what to do with them all. So we want to give you a couple practical tips of things we've tried to do so that we don't just come back overwhelmed and then lose all the great ideas we've had. >> We did an incredible session yesterday and it was the most impactful. So we went for a walk right away, transcribed our conversation, and highlighted the things we didn't want to forget. Yes. >> It's all about finding ways to process. So whether it's on your drive home from the meeting, just talking and reflecting, transcribe it and use AI so you can get the notes captured later since you are driving, or you do that with your leadership team the next day and just sit down and reflect on the things you learned, or you do that with a coworker coming back from a trade show, but find a place just to stop, pause, and reflect, process, talk it through, and then that way you can capture some of the ideas while it's all fresh without feeling so overwhelmed. >> Then you can do what you focus on, what you want to get done, not do everything at once, and feel really excited and less overwhelmed when you get back. >> Which is the fun of AI, it can help you organize your notes and prioritize so that you don't feel like you're like, I got to do this, this, this, and this. So we'd love to know, you know, we just came out here bursting with lots of ideas. What's one of the coolest ideas you've had from a Vistage meeting or a trade show or conference you've been at recently? Put it in comments. >> [music]
