celebrating wins in an organization is critical to an organization's success if you stop and pause and celebrate the good things that are happening it encourages your team members to do more of those same things it recognizes them for what they're doing well it's often we only give feedback when it's on something that isn't working the reality is that important because we need to course correct however I would say it's more important to provide feedback when things are to encourage those behaviors especially um when it's behaviors like proactivity or creative thinking or innovation right that you want represented in the way people act in your organization uh not just a success or a failure um of a particular project um so when was last time you celebrated a win for each of your team members for your company as a whole how do you celebrate those wins where do you discuss them do you discuss them in Ono ones with individuals or do you discuss them in larger groups just some things to reflect on and think about because celebrating your team members wins is really important [Music]
