Here I am at Machu Picchu. It is a little bit noisy, so I don't know how well you'll be able to hear me. But I just hiked the Inca Trail over 4 days, and this video isn't just to say that. Although you can tell I hiked, my hair is a mess. What I wanted to share is we're all perfectionists as leaders, and so sometimes we feel like we have to do everything on our own, and that's not the case. I need some help on the trail from the porters. There's some really steep steps, and they were too hard for me. And I'm going to be vulnerable with you and say that I had some porters help me down yesterday some of the steps when we were going down 1,000 m. It was just a lot for me. So sometimes we just have to ask for help. As leaders, it's really important to remember to be vulnerable and ask for help when we need it. So anyways, check in from Machu Picchu.
