Stuck on a Thought? Try This.

Hey everyone. Um Rene, you're probably not gonna like me for what I'm about to say this morning, but you know that song, this song's going to get stuck inside your head. You know that keeps talking about that. >> Great. It's going to be in my head all week now. >> Yeah. And sorry for anyone else because it's probably going to get stuck in your head, too. But the point of it is is we all ruminate on things. something gets stuck in outside our head and it's really hard for us to get out and it's actually very distracting because um it's just ruminating over and over. Rene, what do you suggest people do when something gets stuck in their head? >> Well, we had a situation between us this week and it was really helpful to talk through it. So, I would say if you have a business partner or someone that you can collaborate with and really has a good ear to listen to what you're saying, that's a great way to get it out of your head and start problem solving. Yeah, processing things is a great way too. Another, especially if you don't have someone easily accessible like that, is if you have a mindfulness practice. So, if you're somebody who uses positive intelligence or meditates, but that chance to just take a break, clear your head for a minute, uh, chances are that will help you get back into a space where you can start to take action and move forward because indecision is usually why you're stuck inside your head. >> Yeah, that'll absolutely cause you to have no action and just be stuck. So, we'd love to know in the comments below, what's something you do to get out of your head and moving forward?
