Share Best Practices to up Your Game

[Music] foreign has different and unique experiences so the amazing things when you can share best practices with one another did this with one of my groups yesterday we tackled the subject of how to be the most productive or effective leader from a time management standpoint that is a subject every leader struggles with right but we have our own experiences and the own things we've tried before that are working well or not working well for us and if you hear from others what they're doing right then you can take what you like and leave the rest and share best practices and integrate those ideas into what you're doing and it's amazing what can come from sitting down and having a best practice discussion around one just very specific subject asking everyone what it is they do that works for them and what are the areas that they're doing things that maybe aren't and seeing how they can fill in gaps for one another so much fun watching everyone's because everyone brought a new idea that someone else hadn't heard of yet something new to try um and then there were things that clearly came across the room as winners because lots of people were doing them trying them or using them and you know from that that you are using certain best practices so it's a great reinforcing conversation to the things you're doing really well and new ideas to integrate into what you're doing so stop and pause get together with a couple of friends pick a specific topic and share with practices what's working what's not and see how you can learn from one another on how to improve in that topic some good topic areas you can do this on time management is a great one um you can do it on certain industry areas specific topics or issues or struggling or challenged with um different areas of something you're dealing with in a company so if you have leaders of different companies you can talk about Talent culture retention topics like Insurance best practices um you know benef things like that all are great topics to share and touch base on and see how others are doing so take some time today and talk with some others and see what you can learn from them [Music]
