I'm loving this March Madness theme and we're really getting into the fun games. So, this week I want to talk about the power of the bench. It's huge both in sports and in business. You know, winning teams and businesses don't rely just on one star player. In March Madness, we've seen Tim teams win because of their roster. So, I want to talk about three key tips for business owners and leaders on building a strong team. First tip, you want to develop depth on your team. You want to train and empower your team. Business owners should train and trust their employees to take on bigger roles. That creates depth. You also want to trust your role players. Recognize and use people's strengths. It's so important to think about the support roles being just as important as the sales or strategy roles that often get a lot of attention. And that is critical. And then finally, we want to have the next player up mentality. Prepare for unexpected challenges. Have a contingency plan. And just remember throughout your leadership, and it really is just like sports, you want to ensure that your bench can step up when needed. So, what are you doing to ensure you have power on the bench?
