we are perfect at one and only one thing in life that every human is perfect at we are perfectly imperfect as humans we do not know everything and the more vulnerable we are as leaders and accept the fact that we don't know everything and open we are and curious we are about always continuing to learn and grow even where we have strengths not just where there's weaknesses the more we surround ourselves by other people who know things that are different than us or have different experiences than us the more vulnerable we are to ask the right questions and acknowledge our weaknesses that's how we are stronger leaders we lead through vulnerability not strength leading through strength caps our knowledge at our strength leading through vulnerability and acknowledging that we're not the smartest ever in the room at everything allows us to open up the possibilities to innovate to get creative to develop our people to empower others and to be the best team and the best company we can be because we lead and embrace vulnerability [Music]
