[Music] why should i come work for you as an employer this question is critical right now every conversation i have with business leaders ceos executives talent is a critical topic it's one of the greatest challenges businesses are facing today and one of the biggest problems they're having is attracting talent in this market so the question why should i come work for you is extremely relevant the problem is it's getting answered at the wrong stage in the process by most companies most companies are answering this question at the point of interview the problem with that people aren't finding you or reaching out to to even think to apply if they can't answer that question earlier on so my question for you is how do i learn about you as an organization before i ever talk to anybody at your organization do you have information on your website that tells me about who you are what it's like to be in the day in life an employee are there testimonials for employees is there a discussion about your culture how you're living your values not just what they are but how they are lived in your organization from a day-to-day basis if i'm a prospective candidate i'm researching you long before i ever put in an application or reach out to anybody in your organization and if i can't answer those questions i'm likely never picking up the phone or pressing submit so how do you make sure that people know who you are and what it's like to work for you and why they should work for you long before you know they exist why should i come work for you [Music]
