It's May and we both have heard a consistent theme in many conversations throughout the month. Aviva. Yeah. So, it's mental health awareness month. So, I think this is actually quite fitting that this should be a discussion within your organizations. And that theme is Mayber. Um, I'm hearing from members that especially if they have kids of any age. You've got graduations, you have end of year, you have change, you have transition along with just still trying to balance work and getting everything done. And it's hard. I can tell you I feel it myself. It is overwhelming. We do both feel it. And we just want to give a couple of ideas around how to get through this and how to support your team members because I think that's also important. Not only are leaders feeling it, your team members are. So, I think one, think about just giving yourself and your team members grace. Think about also what fuels you, how you can recover after a work week or after a long day. Yeah. And make sure you're prioritizing. Look for the things that have the biggest impact both personally and in your life. And also, I would also really focus on what's going to matter to you 10 years from now or even when you're looking back at the end of your life because you're never going to get this month back at the end of your time with your kids or other stuff. So, make sure you're prioritizing based on the bigger picture. And finally, it's an opportunity to grow. It's an opportunity to prioritize what matters like Aviva said. And we are here for you and we're just want you to know you're not alone in feeling this way. Yes. It's pretty universal. So, um, love to hear everybody's stories below. What are you celebrating personal this month? What changes are you going through? And, uh, what is stressing you out, too? Let's all be in this together.
