March Madness- Championship Mindset for Leadership. Adjusting the game plan.

I'm excited to continue our March Madness theme and we've been talking about having a championship mindset in leadership and this week I want to talk about adjusting the game plan. So famous coach Greg Papovich, he was legendary San Antonio Spurs basketball coach said, "You can't just have one plan. If you only have a plan A, you're in trouble." And a couple themes with the article I'm going to be sharing this week talks about focusing on your core business. It also talks about long-lasting companies, many who you'll recognize, evolve by embracing new ideas and ventures and ensuring their relevance over time. We have to continue adapting. And a championship mindset is one that gets feedback and adjusts the game plan. So, how do you adjust your game plan when things aren't going exactly as you anticipate?
