foreign [Music] ability is a critical component of leadership many leaders tried to lead from strength and not of weakness and the reality is the more vulnerability the more courage a leader has to lead from vulnerability to share their weaknesses share their concerns show that it's okay to make mistakes the more empathy you have towards your team the more your team trusts you the more accountable your team is to you it brings and creates a culture within your team of openness and sharing vulnerability is critical from leaders because that's what gets people to know that it's okay to make a mistake it's what gets people to be okay to bring a potential failure or new idea to the table to express a concern and to come to their team with radical Candor and what they see needs to be done the best ideas come from a vulnerable place not from a place of strength so as Leaders it's truly transformative to be vulnerable with your teams to be open it creates that work environment that culture um where people come together to solve things rather than stay closely guarded and shield each other from what they don't want to know so next time you're thinking about do I share or do I not share I encourage you to share the more open you are with the team the more productive and collaborative they will be lead from a place of vulnerability and authenticity thank you foreign
