[Music] and I would say a huge amount of the my framework as a leader came from things I learned from speakers in vistage or from other CEOs that were in my group um I had I mean I had a vistage group that had 15E members so these were really seasoned expert CEOs whose leadership was really honed in on and so to see how they handled certain things and to take that and model it and bring it back it was a great resource for [Music] me
