From Different Views to Better Results: Why We Collaborate

hey y'all here we are today talking about collaboration and what better way to do it than to have my fellow colleague and vistage chair here in Atlanta Renee Klein on with me collaborating on this video so Renee tell us a little bit about what collaboration means to you I love collaboration because it really leads to better decision- making and the accountability based on those decisions you make when you have a partner reminding you what you said you were going to do yes and for me it makes better decision-making because you have diverse perspectives backgrounds and experiences well Renee and I may agree on a lot of stuff we also disagree on a lot of stuff which is awesome because we have different experiences behind us and that means we make better decisions together have much better ideas better Solutions so collaboration can be a lot of fun you can learn so much from each other right yes that's why we're so happy to be here okay so here you go first collaboration video you will see more of both of us on my channel [Music]
