vulnerability leads to connection I share this because I had a couple of really amazing deep connections that got formed this past week all because I opened up and was just a little bit vulnerable in life I shared something that most people probably wouldn't share about myself and it opened up the door for another person to share very deeply about themselves and what I will tell you is relationships got built in minutes that may have never been built or would have taken years to build because of just a little bit of vulnerability so who are you trying to connect with build a relationship with and what can you share about yourself that will be just a little bit vulnerable and open up the door for a deeper relationship faster vulnerability is the key to connection it allows you to build trust and openness and find deeper closer meaning to your relationship [Music]
