foreign [Music] it's important to be intentional about your time time is a limited resource it's probably the most precious thing we have and when we're not intentional we tend to waste a lot of it so what do I mean about being intentional well every moment we choose how to spend our time we choose who to spend it with or what to spend it doing and so if there's things that are important to us like seeing certain friends or family or certain activities it's important that we counter them in and plan for them because they may never happen if we just let life happen to us instead of being intentional about where we spend our time I always ask questions to my peer groups each month to get them thinking about things one of the questions I asked recently was what task or project do you have on your plate that if you just decided and had the courage not to do it would free you up to do something else bigger better right like would really help you enhance the other things you're doing and I think that goes really well with my point here is we all do things and have parts of our day that we're spending on things that don't have the impact we'd want them to have are not the most useful be it administrative tasks or times doing things that we don't want to do so think about your time what is it you're doing in your day that someone else could do for you or that maybe just doesn't even need to be done at all how do you get more intentional about the time you spend and make sure you're spending it doing the things that you most want to do the things that are most impactful to you in your life I bet you if you're more intentional at looking at your time and you'll be more intentional about your time and you'll get more fulfilling more fulfillment out of the time that you spend doing things foreign [Music]
