[Music] foreign [Music] it's important as a leader to be decisive some leaders get stuck in analysis paralysis they have to have all of the information not most of the information all of the information to make a decision the problem with this is you get stuck in planning and never take action and a great plan is well just that a great plan but it is not an executed plan there's no action taken and nothing changes so you can have the greatest plan on Earth and execute it does nothing for your organization a plan that's you know maybe not perfectly built but 80 percent of the way there but executed makes a huge difference for your organization so it's really important to be decisive instead of holding back and looking for all of the information because when you wait for all of the information you are living in an action when you know that you have most of it and you start taking steps forward then you actually are making a difference in whatever it is you're trying to move forward in your organization so a great leadership trait is to be decisive know when enough information is enough and you can actually make a decision and you can iterate right you can pivot if it's not working but you're starting the process of moving forward and learning from the steps you're taking or rather than waiting until you have all the information and hoping you have enough information to act so don't live in analysis paralysis be decisive and make some decisions to move your company forward take action and execute [Music] okay
